To be, to exist. Eimi. When God names himself I AM, he uses this word. Existence itself belongs to him. Ground your identity in the one who simply is.

Jesus. Iesous. The Greek form of Yeshua meaning the LORD saves. The name given before His birth. In His name is salvation healing and authority over every power of darkness.

Nazarene, from Nazareth, Christian. Nazōraîos. Jesus was called a Nazarene, the despised one from the despised place. God chose obscurity to confound the proud. Do not despise small beginnings.

Jewish, belonging to Judah. Ioudaios. Salvation is from the Jews. God chose a people to bring the Messiah into the world. His choice of Israel was for the benefit of all nations.
