“When the chief priests therefore and officers saw him, they cried out, saying, Crucify him, crucify him. Pilate saith unto them, Take ye him, and crucify him: for I find no fault in him.”

Therefore, then, accordingly. Therefore since we have been justified through faith we have peace with God. The therefore of Scripture always builds on something God has already done.

To crucify. Stauroo. He was crucified in weakness but lives by the power of God. The cross looked like failure. It was the greatest victory in the history of the universe.
