“And they smote all the souls that were therein with the edge of the sword, utterly destroying them: there was not any left to breathe: and he burnt Hazor with fire.”
נְשָׁמָה
Breath of life. Neshamah. The divine breath blown into Adam's nostrils by God Himself. The moment God breathed neshamah into the dust humanity began. You carry God's breath.
