“These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage.”

Desire, craving, longing. Epithumia. Do not fulfil the desires of the flesh. The flesh pulls toward what destroys. The Spirit pulls toward what gives life. Choose which you feed.
