“When he was gone out, his servants came; and when they saw that, behold, the doors of the parlour were locked, they said, Surely he covereth his feet in his summer chamber.”
רֶגֶל
Foot, step, journey. Regel. The priest placed blood on the ear to hear God, the thumb to serve God, the foot to walk with God. The whole person consecrated — from hearing to doing to going.
