“Thou drewest near in the day that I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not.”
יָרֵא
To fear, to revere, to be in awe of. Yare. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Not terror but holy awe of who He truly is.
קָרָא
when I called on/ you

To call, to proclaim, to read aloud. Qara. God called Abraham Moses Samuel and you. When God calls your name everything changes.

To draw near, to approach. Qarab. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. God's invitation is always to come closer.
