“And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.”
דָּם
Blood. Dam. The life of a creature is in its blood. The blood of Jesus speaks mercy. It purchased our forgiveness and sealed the new covenant.

certainly to die

To die, to be put to death. Muth. The sting of death is sin. But death has been swallowed up in victory. Jesus holds the keys of death.
