“And he slew it; and Moses took of the blood of it, and put it upon the tip of Aaron’s right ear, and upon the thumb of his right hand, and upon the great toe of his right foot.”
תְּנוּךְ
The tip, the extremity, the lobe. Tenuwk. In the consecration ritual blood was placed on the tip of the ear. What you allow in through your ear shapes who you become. The ear consecrated to God hears differently.

Foot, step, journey. Regel. The priest placed blood on the ear to hear God, the thumb to serve God, the foot to walk with God. The whole person consecrated — from hearing to doing to going.
