Oppressive, hard to bear. Dysbástaktos. Jesus warned against burdens that crush rather than carry people toward God. Do not lay on others what you are unwilling to lift yourself.

One, a single one, unity. Heis. The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Oneness is not uniformity but wholeness. Let nothing divide what God has declared united.

Finger. Daktylos. The finger of God wrote the law on stone and drove out demons. What God's finger touches, it transforms. Pay attention to where he points.

Touch, lay a finger on. Prospsauō. Jesus touched what others refused to touch. Even the lightest contact, when given with compassion, carries power to relieve.
