Leprous, a leper. Lepros. The leper was untouchable by law, yet Jesus reached out and touched him. No condition places a person beyond the reach of Christ.

Israel (i.e. Jisrael), the adopted name of Jacob, including his descendants (literally or figuratively)

properly, meaning superimposition (of time, place, order, etc.), as a relation of distribution (with the genitive case), i.e. over, upon, etc.; of rest (with the dative case) at, on, etc.; of direction (with the accusative case) towards, upon, etc.

No one, nothing, none. No one can snatch them out of My hand. The security of the believer rests not in their grip but in His. And His grip never fails.

To cleanse, to purify. Katharizo. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. All means all. There is no sin too dark too repeated or too shameful for His blood to cleanse.

If, whether, that. Ei. Scripture's great conditionals hinge on this word, framing promises, warnings, and tests of faith. If you confess, if you believe, if you remain. The ifs of God are invitations, not uncertainties.

Naaman, a Syrian commander. Neeman. God healed an outsider to show that his mercy crosses every border. No one is too foreign for his grace.

Syrian, native of Syria. Sýros. Naaman the Syrian was healed when many in Israel were not. God's mercy has never been confined to one people.
