“And it came to pass, when he was in a certain city, behold a man full of leprosy: who seeing Jesus fell on his face, and besought him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.”

To fall, to drop, to fail. Pipto. A sparrow does not fall to the ground outside your Father's care. Nothing happens to you by accident. Every fall is within the knowledge of God.

to cleanse.

To cleanse, to purify. Katharizo. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. All means all. There is no sin too dark too repeated or too shameful for His blood to cleanse.
