Lord, master, owner. Kurios. Jesus is Lord. The foundational confession of Christianity. Lord means owner. To confess Jesus as Lord is to surrender ownership of your life.

Heard, listening. Simōn. The name of nine men in scripture, rooted in the Hebrew Shimon, meaning God has heard. Your name is known to Him too.

Rock, stone, the apostle Peter. Pétros. Jesus renamed Simon "Rock" at their first meeting, declaring what he would become. God renames to reshape. Let him rename you too.

to fall towards, i.e. (gently) prostrate oneself (in supplication or homage), or (violently) to rush upon (in storm)

Knee, place of bowing. Góny. Every knee will bow before the Lord. Let yours bow willingly now, not reluctantly later.

Jesus. Iesous. The Greek form of Yeshua meaning the LORD saves. The name given before His birth. In His name is salvation healing and authority over every power of darkness.

To say, to speak with authority. Jesus said and it was so. When Jesus speaks everything listens. His words carry the weight of creation behind them.

To go out, come forth, depart. Exerchomai. Jesus regularly withdrew from crowds to pray, and sent his disciples out into the world. Movement is often the shape of obedience. Go when you are sent.

I, me, myself. Egō. Jesus claimed it absolutely: "I AM." Every human "I" exists only because the great I AM first spoke. Your identity is derivative, not ultimate.

To be, to exist. Eimi. When God names himself I AM, he uses this word. Existence itself belongs to him. Ground your identity in the one who simply is.
