“And he went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him.”

To fall, to drop, to fail. Pipto. A sparrow does not fall to the ground outside your Father's care. Nothing happens to you by accident. Every fall is within the knowledge of God.

To pass away, to go past, to pass by. Parerchomai. Heaven and earth will pass away but My words will not pass away. Everything visible is temporary. Only His word endures.
