“And one ran and filled a spunge full of vinegar, and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink, saying, Let alone; let us see whether Elias will come to take him down.”

To run, to hasten, to press forward. Trecho. Run with endurance the race set before you. The race is set. You do not choose the course. You choose whether to run it well.
