Mark 6:8
King James Version
6 Jun 2026
“And commanded them that they should take nothing for their journey, save a staff only; no scrip, no bread, no money in their purse:”
ὁδός
Not a way among many ways. The way. In the ancient world, hodos meant a road that had been walked and proven. Jesus is not giving directions — He is saying: I am the road itself. Walk in Me and you will arrive.
