“And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.”

To bring, to carry, to bear. Phero. Holy men of God spoke as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit carries the messenger so the message arrives with divine accuracy.
