“And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it; ”

To proclaim, to preach, to herald. Kerusso. Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel. The Gospel is news to be announced not advice to be offered. Announce it boldly.
