“And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.”

To cry out, to call aloud. Krazo. My God my God why have you forsaken me. The cry of dereliction is the most honest prayer in Scripture. God can handle our rawest moments.
