“But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;”

Jesus. Iesous. The Greek form of Yeshua meaning the LORD saves. The name given before His birth. In His name is salvation healing and authority over every power of darkness.

To know, to understand, to perceive. Ginosko. This is eternal life that they may know You. The deepest knowing is relational not informational. God wants to be known.

From there, from that place. Ekeîthen. Jesus moved purposefully from place to place, and every departure was a step toward the next act of grace. Where he went next mattered as much as where he had been.

To heal, to cure, to serve. Therapeuo. He went about healing every disease. Jesus healed as a sign of the kingdom. Healing is still available. He is still willing.
