“And his fellowservant fell down at his feet, and besought him, saying, Have patience with me, and I will pay thee all.”

Therefore, then, accordingly. Therefore since we have been justified through faith we have peace with God. The therefore of Scripture always builds on something God has already done.

To be patient, to be long-tempered. Makrothumeo. Love is patient. Makrothumia is the opposite of short-temperedness. It holds steady when it would be easier to explode.
