Again, once more, anew. Palin. Rejoice in the Lord always. And again I say rejoice. Some commands are worth repeating. Joy is always appropriate for those who know God.

An oath, a solemn vow. God confirmed it with an oath. He swore by Himself because there is nothing greater. His sworn promise cannot be revoked.
