“For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it. ”

Slave, servant, bondservant. Doulos. Paul a servant of Jesus Christ. The highest title Paul claimed was slave of Christ. Belonging completely to Jesus is the greatest freedom.

Soldier. Stratiotes. Endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. Soldiers do not expect comfort on campaign. They expect the hardship and embrace it for the mission.

Authority, right, power. Exousia. All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Jesus delegates His authority to His church. We operate under His commission.
