“The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf.”
חָרַשׁ
to scratch, i.e. (by implication) to engrave, plough; hence (from the use of tools) to fabricate (of any material); figuratively, to devise (in a bad sense); hence (from the idea of secrecy) to be silent, to let alone; hence (by implication) to be deaf (as an accompaniment of dumbness)

they will put

To put, to set, to place. Shuwm. I have set the LORD always before me. A deliberate daily choice to keep God at the centre of everything.

Strength, might, power. Geburah. The mighty power of God. He who is mighty has done great things for me. His power never exhausts itself.
