“Thy shepherds slumber, O king of Assyria: thy nobles shall dwell in the dust: thy people is scattered upon the mountains, and no man gathereth them.”
רָעָה
To shepherd, to tend, to feed. Raah. To care for a flock with total devotion. The LORD is my shepherd. He takes personal responsibility for every need.
נוּם
they are slumbering

To slumber, to sleep lightly. Nuwm. He who keeps you will not slumber. God never drifts off. His attention to your life is constant and complete.
