“Remember, I beseech thee, the word that thou commandedst thy servant Moses, saying, If ye transgress, I will scatter you abroad among the nations:”

To command, to charge, to appoint. Tsavah. He will command His angels concerning you. God gives specific instructions to His angels about your protection.
