“But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm.”
תָּקַע
to clatter, i.e. slap (the hands together), clang (an instrument); by analogy, to drive (a nail or tent-pin, a dart, etc.); by implication, to become bondsman by handclasping)
רוּעַ
you will give an alarm

To shout, to give a war cry. Ruwa. Shout for joy to the LORD. Some worship deserves to be loud. God is worth more than a murmur.
