“With him will I speak mouth to mouth, even apparently, and not in dark speeches; and the similitude of the Lord shall he behold: wherefore then were ye not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?”
יָרֵא
To fear, to revere, to be in awe of. Yare. The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Not terror but holy awe of who He truly is.

Mouth. Peh. The mouth of the LORD has spoken. God's mouth never speaks empty words. Every word He speaks will be fulfilled.
