“Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,”
ἐπεκτείνομαι
To stretch out toward, to reach forward. Epekteinomai. Reaching forward to what lies ahead. Paul forgot what was behind and reached for what was ahead. Forward is the direction of faith.
καταλαμβάνω
to have grasped it;

To seize, to grasp, to comprehend. Katalambano. May you have power to comprehend the love of Christ. Some truths require divine help to grasp. Ask for the ability to understand.
