“Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me:”
קָרָא
To call, to proclaim, to read aloud. Qara. God called Abraham Moses Samuel and you. When God calls your name everything changes.
עָנָה
I will answer

To answer, to respond, to testify. Anah. Call to Me and I will answer you. God is not silent. He answers those who call with all their heart.

To find, to discover, to encounter. Matsa. God is findable. He is not playing hide and seek. He actively reveals Himself to genuine seekers.
