“A wicked doer giveth heed to false lips; and a liar giveth ear to a naughty tongue.”
שָׂפָה
Lip, edge, shore. Saphah. My lips shall praise You. The lips are the instrument of praise. What comes out of your mouth reveals the condition of your heart.
