“An inheritance may be gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be blessed.”
נַחֲלָה
properly, something inherited, i.e. (abstractly) occupancy, or (concretely) an heirloom; generally an estate, patrimony or portion
בָרַךְ
it will be blessed
