“For it is a pleasant thing if thou keep them within thee; they shall withal be fitted in thy lips.”
שָׂפָה
Lip, edge, shore. Saphah. My lips shall praise You. The lips are the instrument of praise. What comes out of your mouth reveals the condition of your heart.
כּוּן
they will be prepared

To be firm, to be established, to be ready. Kun. God establishes what He builds. He who began a good work in you will bring it to completion.
