“Lest they drink, and forget the law, and pervert the judgment of any of the afflicted.”
חָקַק
To engrave, to inscribe, to cut in. Chaqaq. I have engraved you on the palms of My hands. Not written in pencil. Engraved. Permanent. You cannot be erased.
