“Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.”
שָׁפַט
to judge, i.e. pronounce sentence (for or against); by implication, to vindicate or punish; by extenssion, to govern; passively, to litigate (literally or figuratively)

Poor, afflicted, humble. Aniy. The Spirit of the LORD is on Me to proclaim good news to the poor. Jesus came for those who know they have nothing without God.
