“When he established the clouds above: when he strengthened the fountains of the deep:”
שַׁחַק
Sky, clouds. Shachaq. The fine dust of the sky. The clouds are the dust of His feet. God is so vast that what we call sky is merely the dust around His feet.
תְּהוֹם
the deep

Deep, abyss. Tehom. The primordial deep waters. The Spirit of God moved over the face of the deep. God is not afraid of the deep places. He moves there.
