“Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer.”
רֵעַ
Friend, companion, neighbour. Rea. A friend loves at all times. True friendship is not circumstantial. It remains constant through every season.
