“Seek the Lord, and his strength: seek his face evermore.”
בָּקַשׁ
Seek, search. Baqash. To search diligently. Seek the LORD while He may be found. This is not passive looking but intense searching with your whole heart.
תָּמִיד

Continually, regularly, constantly. Tamiyd. His guidance never takes a day off. He is always leading those who are willing to follow.

To seek, to inquire, to consult. Darash. Seek the LORD while He may be found. The seeking that finds God is wholehearted not casual.
