“Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.”
מָחָה
To wipe away, to blot out, to erase. Machah. I have blotted out your transgressions like a cloud. God does not just cover sin. He erases it completely.
