“He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth the needy out of the dunghill;”
קוּם
To arise, to stand up, to establish. Quwm. Arise shine for your light has come. God calls His people to get up. Passivity is not the posture of those who carry His glory.

To be high, to be exalted, to rise. Ruwm. I dwell on a high and holy place but also with the contrite. God is both transcendent and intimately near.
