“Blessed be the Lord out of Zion, which dwelleth at Jerusalem. Praise ye the Lord. ”
הָלַל
To praise, to shine, to boast. Halal. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Exuberant irrepressible praise is the proper response to God.

Dwell, settle, tabernacle. Shakan. To settle and make a home. God desires to dwell among His people. He still seeks hearts to dwell in today.
