“The Lord shall reign for ever, even thy God, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the Lord. ”
הָלַל
To praise, to shine, to boast. Halal. Let everything that has breath praise the LORD. Exuberant irrepressible praise is the proper response to God.
