“The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against his anointed, saying,”
מָשִׁיחַ
Anointed, Messiah. Mashiach. The Anointed One. Every use of this word in the Old Testament pointed forward to Jesus the ultimate Mashiach.
