“Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.”
מַחֲנֶה
an encampment (of travellers or troops); hence, an army, whether literal (of soldiers) or figurative (of dancers, angels, cattle, locusts, stars; or even the sacred courts)

it will arise

To arise, to stand up, to establish. Quwm. Arise shine for your light has come. God calls His people to get up. Passivity is not the posture of those who carry His glory.

War, battle, conflict. Milchamah. The battle belongs to the LORD. When you face your giants remember God has already won the battle on your behalf.
