Psalms 35:15

“But in mine adversity they rejoiced, and gathered themselves together: yea, the abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; they did tear me, and ceased not:”
שָׂמַח
To rejoice, to be glad, to exult. Samach. This is the day the LORD has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Rejoicing in the day is an act of trust in the One who made it.
דָּמַם

To rest, to be still, to be silent. Damam. Rest in the LORD and wait patiently. Being so still before God that you can hear what He is saying.
