“Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually. ”
קוּם
those who rise against/ you
To arise, to stand up, to establish. Quwm. Arise shine for your light has come. God calls His people to get up. Passivity is not the posture of those who carry His glory.

the sound of

Voice, sound, thunder. Qowl. A voice of one calling in the desert. God speaks in many ways. The voice that matters most is the one that points to Jesus.
