Psalms 97:1

“The Lord reigneth; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad thereof.”
שָׂמַח
To rejoice, to be glad, to exult. Samach. This is the day the LORD has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Rejoicing in the day is an act of trust in the One who made it.
