To speak, to talk, to utter. He spoke and it was done. The word of God is not silent. It is always speaking.

Great, large, important. Megas. A great door and effectual is opened. God opens great doors. Do not settle for small thinking about a great God. He works on a grand scale.

Authority, right, power. Exousia. All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Jesus delegates His authority to His church. We operate under His commission.

War, warfare, battle. Polemos. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see that you are not alarmed. Conflict is a reality of the age, not a sign of God's absence. Stand firm.

Make, do, produce. Poiéō. Faith without works is dead. What you believe will always show itself in what you make and do. Let your actions confirm your confession.

Month, lunar month. Mḗn. Time moves in appointed rhythms, and God marks them all. Nothing in your calendar escapes his notice.

Forty. Tessarákonta. Forty days in the wilderness, forty years in the desert: God uses this number to mark seasons of testing and formation. Endure the forty. Something is being built in you.

Two, a pair. Dýo. A witness requires two, a cord of two is not easily broken, and Jesus sent his disciples out two by two. Agreement between two carries weight.
