Sign, miracle, token, wonder. Semeion. Unless you see signs and wonders you will not believe. Signs point beyond themselves. The miracle is never the main thing. It points to the One who does it.

Heaven, sky, the dwelling of God. Ouranos. Our Father in heaven. Heaven is not just a place but a presence. The Father is there. And where the Father is is home.

Behold, look, see. Idou. Scripture uses this word to arrest attention before something significant. God is about to speak. Pay attention.

Dragon, ancient serpent. Drakōn. The great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent called the devil. He fascinates only to destroy. Do not be enchanted.

Great, large, important. Megas. A great door and effectual is opened. God opens great doors. Do not settle for small thinking about a great God. He works on a grand scale.

Flame-colored, fiery red. Pyrrhós. The great red dragon and the rider of the second seal both bear this color, symbol of destruction and war. Not all fire signals God's presence. Discern the source.

To have, to hold, to possess. I have learned in whatever state I am to be content. Contentment is not about having more but appreciating what you have.

Head, authority, source. Kephalē. Christ is the head of the church, and the husband is the head of the wife. Headship is never about dominance. It is about sacrificial responsibility.

Seven, the number of completion. Hepta. Scripture marks sevens everywhere: days of creation, churches, seals, spirits before the throne. When God uses seven, he is signaling fullness. Pay attention.

Horn, symbol of power. Kéras. In Scripture, horns represent strength, dominion, and the rise and fall of kingdoms. God exalts the horn of his anointed. True power belongs to him alone.

Ten. Deka. Ten virgins, ten coins, ten lepers. God's completeness often arrives in tens. Count carefully what he has given you.

Crown, royal diadem. Diádēma. The beast wears many diadems, but so does the King of kings. Every crown is a claim of authority. Only one claim is true.
