“Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come.”
κρίσις
Judgment, decision, tribunal. Krisis. The Father has committed all judgment to the Son. The one who died for sinners is the one who will judge them. That is both sobering and gracious.

To stand, to set, to place. Histemi. Having done all stand. Stand therefore. When you have done everything else there is still this. Stand in what Christ has already accomplished.
