“Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)”

Law, rule, principle. Nomos. The law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free. The highest law is not written on stone. It is written by the Spirit on the heart.
